We were guests at Roberto's in September so we enjoyed precious peace and quiet. The house is very nice and just right for two people, it is hot but, thanks to the air conditioning, the problem is solved. It has a big space outside and parking right in front. It is very close to the sea. We asked if we could have a parasol to take to the beach and Roberto immediately accommodated us!

Quiet area for relaxing holidays. Ground-floor flat very close to the beach and cycle path, excellent for a couple. Air conditioning in both the bedroom and the kitchen. Outdoor area with the possibility of eating outside. Excellent facilities and private parking in front of the house. Kind and helpful owner.

Very helpful and friendly people, ready to answer all our questions. Location very close to the sea, but at the same time the possibility in a few minutes to get to the turquoise trabocco with crystal clear sea.The children had a great time playing with the fish.

A very comfortable, cosy, modern, functional and well-equipped accommodation with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing by the sea. The beach is very close by, reachable on foot in a few minutes, as is the cycle path that allows easy access to the nearby resorts, which have been awarded the Blue Flag. The sea is beautiful for clarity and nature, the surrounding landscape is fascinating, the large nature reserve of holm oaks offers beautiful paths for walking and watching animals. The host was extremely welcoming and willing to meet our needs, always discreet, considerate and quick in communication. The holiday was the best we could have expected, both for adults and children.

This flat is a little gem, it has a great location close to the beach, is beautifully modern and very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Roberto's flat is very nice. Furnished with every comfort. The spacious terrace is a real treat for people like us who have dogs. The private car park with bar is also very convenient.
The flat is a 3-minute walk from the beach. Beautiful beach with few people (at least in July) and beautiful water. There are also two bars and a convenient market in the nearby camping site.
There is a bicycle and pedestrian path all along the coast (which passes in front of the house) that allows you to discover wonderful scenery between the sea and the trabocchi. In short, we and our dog we had a very good time. Thank you Roberto!

WITH A BIKE THE RIGHT PLACE FOR A QUIET HOLIDAY

The flat is optimal for two people with bicycles. The beach facing it is pebbly, but with the cycle path you can also reach sandy coves and the monastery of San Giovanni on the hill above fossacesia marina. The Costa dei Trabocchi cycle path is not yet fully accessible, but allows for very slow holidays.
