Our flat, part of a residential complex, is located in the Borgata Marina in the municipality of Torino di Sangro (CH), just a few steps from the beach.
With its own entrance on the ground floor, it is adjacent to our first flat, making it an ideal solution for families or groups.
This flat of approximately 50 m² includes:

– A bunk bed
– Flat screen TV
– Wi-Fi
– Air conditioning
– Fully equipped kitchen with dining area
– Bathroom with bidet and washing machine
In addition, on request, we can provide a cot.
The flat has a free reserved parking space in the condominium car park.
Rules
- Check-in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Check-out from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Organising parties is not allowed.
- Animals allowed on request.
- No invoice possible, only tax receipt.
- Minimum stay 7 days.
